I have a 2008 Unlimited Rubicon, Contemplating on adding either Rip supercharger or Turbo kit. Not doing a ton of Rock crawling but definitely play in the sand, mud, and Trails... what do you think the is the best way to go?

That's two completely different animals man. Price is going to roughly the same. I have heard a ton of good stuff about supercharged 3.8's. I followed a thread of a guy that installed a Prodigy Turbo kit on his 3.8 and he was more than impressed. It's another section of personal choice here. The superchargers do whine pretty loud and this turns me away, but they make great power throughout the RPM range. From what that dude said about the Prodigy, the lag time is minimal and also makes great power. That's the best I can help you here boss!

Are your running bigger than stock tires? If so regearing is the most overlooked option out there.
The right gears make a huge difference.

^^^This Too!!^^^
It makes HUGE improvements. I ran 5:13's in my old pickup rollin 37's. Once I made the gear change it was like night and day. But its a toss-up between a Turbo and a Supercharger.
