Default More power sugestions???

Just got my first jeep 2 days ago & im in love, its 07 jk x, 4" Teraflex, 37" KM2s, 17x9 ProComp rims, Volant cold air intake and thats it. What my question really is. do you guys really think that if I put on some Jba headers, and magnaflow exhaust will really "feel" a difference in power. Now im not talkin spinning tires but I am talking freeway passing stuff like that. Please let me know what you think of if you have any mods like this and what you have noticed.

With you rolling on 37's, switching over to 5.13 gears would solve most of your problems. Seeing as how you have an X, you probably have 3.73's, maayyybe 4.10's in there now.

He could have 3.21's or 4.10s if it is an 07...if it is an 08 he might have 3.73's but in the 08's 4.10s are not an option for the X...

Regear, if its not done already,, and the exhaust would help but not so much on the headers. The factory headers are rather good. I'd go for a good reprogramer before the headers.
Looks good by the way!

Regearing will make the most noticeable difference, but I can vouch for the Hypertech programmer on the 93 octane setting: It gave me a BIG increase in power, as advertised.

Not a power mod but you might want to take a look at your driveshafts. SWB with that much lift, those things are probably at some wicked angles.

I added new headers, flowmaster exhaust, cold air intake, and a performance chip. It has made a HUGE difference. Some will try to argue that but it's true. I've got 35 inch tires and my JK has more power and gets better gas mileage than when I bought it stock.

Better gears do not more power make. He asked how to get more power. That would be through engine mods like intake, better exhaust, and maybe a programmer. Gears will give you more leverage, though, but they do NOT add a drop of power.
