Default mud stained tires

I can't seem to clean the mud stains out of my brand new tires and it makes me a little sad anyone have any tips on getting the tires looking nice again?

Get a bucket of soapy water, hard bristle brush (wire) just be careful around your rims with the wire brush and I usually use VIM household clean.

I rinse down the tire...spray on VIM bathroom cleaner and brush hard on the tire and then grab a mitt and wash the tire with soapy water....and rinse....the tires should come out good as new. Then if you really want you can add 303 cleaner to the tires...very nice stuff as the dust does not adhere to the tires like other tire foams or armour-all.

Yep I use the Armor All wheel and tire foam cleaning stuff and have used in the past some whitewall cleaner(can't remember off the top of my head the brand up it's in a white bottle with a red and blue kinda label) Either one you go with, use a stiff brush to agitate the cleaner and get the grime off.

Step...

1.) Spray up close with a power washer.

2.) Scrub w/ a bristle brush and soapy water.

3.) Power wash to rinse it off.

4.) Armorall tire foam.

If the armorall doesn't work than go to autozone/checkers and pick up some Super Clean Degreaser. That stuff works wonders and I use it to also get the dried mud off my axles, springs, underbody, etc.

FYI: in time the mud on the tires will just come off after going through puddles, hitting curbs, more washing, etc.

Here's some tips I received from the guys who do the vulcanizing of the red line tires for my Chevelle.

Lightly diluted Dawn dishwashing detergent, to remove stubborn stains and revitalize the rubber.

409 to clean them up.

If you really need to make the tires for your jeep shine, Mop-n-Glo works great as a tire dressing.

Best of all is that the three of them can be purchased for less than the cost of a single automotive specific tire care product.

drive it through a mud puddle then the whole jeep will be covered in mud and the tires won't stand out so much
