I have skyjacker hydro shocks and stock coils. The shocks are not blown. But some people said the hydro 7000s are soft. I just dont know if I need stiffer shocks or coils. Everytime I hit a dip or bump in the road it feels like my axles drop out.

I have 59 rear coils. 15 front coils. Spacers all around.

To ask others if your shocks are to soft is kinda silly. Firm or soft is a personal choice. Some like the pillow like right and other prefer a firm sporty ride. If you dont like the way it feels on bumps change em. Next time I change im going rancho adjustable. My 2 cents

I guess what im trying to say im not sure if the coils are the culprit or the shocks. I dont know if I should go with stiff aftermarket coils or stiffer shocks. And if mixing and matching is good or bad

Its the shocks. remove the lower bolt on the shock and move the shock up and down to see how easy it moves.
