Exclamation Need advice! Lift install problem!

Running into a small problem with a lift kit. TF 2.5" BB the REAR spring upper rubber spacers do NOT want to go in. I have pushed and bottle jacked and still no joy! Am I missing something simlpe here or what?? Any help would be nice, Jeep is in the air and I would like to finish up!!

put a little grease or dish soap on it. It is hard but it will go in. I struggled wihen i installed sister's. One thing's for sure... They ain't comin off!

Yeah, made a little shelf on the axle and got it to go on a 45, not straight on. Thanks for the help! Everything else rolling right along.....
