They actually do come with 90's, but they are too tall.

They also come with a brass plug for that one grease point, as if they are aware the included hardware wont clear the shaft.

You must not have Moogs then...I already tried it. The u joint is closer to the top of the lower ball joint than you might think (actually about 0.375" gap) and would still knock the 90* zerc (0.569" tall) off the perch. Actually a 90* zerc sticks up higher than a straight zerc. The only option is a flush mount grease fitting that requires a needle tip on the grease hose, only they don't make them in a 1/4 28 SAE-LT tapered thread in that size.

Flat needle fittings will work, 6 bucks for a small package of them.

Where can you get them in a 1/4 28 tapered thread? I already ordered 1/4 28 straight thread from Grainger and they wont fit.

The 90* zerk fittings I have on my Moogs clear the u-joint by about .050. It's really close. But there are no issues...

I'll grab the name off the package. I bought them ages ago so I'm not sure they're still around.

(are there differences in u-joint diameter between the Dana30 and Dana44? Note that I have a Sahara.)
