It can have a lot, almost feels like you forgot the bearings as it slides in and out. The hardest part is getting the crush started, it will get easier as you are getting closer to the point where the preload is correct and that is why it gets tricky avoiding crushing it too much.

Hes right, i use a 4 ft 3/4 drive wrench to crush them at work. I broke a 1/2 breaker bar once using that. It takes a lot to crush one. A lot. I never tried my snappy gun, but i know it couldnt do it.
