im doing the solid diff. mod right now. i was wondering what i the oil capacity for the front dana 30? the solid cover looks like it could hold more oil so should i put more than what came out. i was just gonna fill it to the bottom of the fill plug on the new cover. is this the correct way to do it?

The dana front 30 holds 2.1 pints. Do not fill it up to the drain plug since they are higher on the solids. if you do, you will get oil out the breather and make a mess in your wheel well. I would only put the 2.1pts in. That what I did on mine.
