Is there a way to measure Camber without hooking it up to one of their Alignment Machines at the Tire Places?

I've set the camber on my car using an angle finder ap on my phone. (I held my phone against the wheel rim.). After taking my car in for an alignment my home job was within a tenth of a degree. So you can ballpark it that way for sure. (Make sure you check the angle of the floor/driveway your jeep is sitting on and take that into account.)
