I agree with this. I love mine. You can check out some pics in my gallery. The latest two albums have the bumper in it. Very nice, very easy installation, allows you to change it around if you decide you want the prerunner (what I have) or a stinger, or the end pieces, etc.
You should checkout what Bulldog Fab has to offer. From what I gather, he can provide all the features you are looking for within your budget to boot.

I would think twice about whether or not you get one that accepts a winch. I'm not saying you shouldn't get one that cannot fit a winch, but make darn sure you're not going to get a winch at some point.
