Need help deciding on lift.
Looking at the RK 2.5" and TF 2.5". Staying with stock rubi wheels and going with a 33 or 34's with option of 35's and i'm gonna run spacers. Jeep is wifes dd, but we off road pretty regularly at the ranch and lease and just for fun. I just can't decided between the two kits. Both are great kits, just can't make up my mind. Going to upgrade shocks as well with a reservoir shock most likely; like fox, elka, bilstein or something like that. Help me decide guys. pros, cons, likes, dislikes, best deal, etc etc.
That's just it, i'm torn between the two different versions of the RK 2.5" and the TF 2.5" kit. As for shocks, while those may be overkill, they are still up in the air and I could always add them later.
I'm mainly torn on which lift to get. The RK comes with a adj track bar while the TF doesn't.... although can be added. decisions decisions.... folks on this forum have good info about both which makes it even harder to choose one.

Can't speak to the TF kit other than I know they make great stuff. However I just installed a RK 2.5" Max Travel kit with Bilstein 5100s last week and love it so far. the components are top notch! Haven't wheeled it yet as I need to get the rear track bar bracket welded on but the flex seemed really good in the garage during the install. I'm running it with stock rubi wheels and tires for now.

So you would order this kit along with some upgraded shocks. Don't have to have a adjustable trackbar with a 2.5" kit. However it is a nice upgrade, I would do adj. front lower arms myself.
What shocks would you recommend for best all around "bang for my buck"? I run Icon on my F-250 and pleased with them and bilsteins on my Tacoma and happy as well. Don't necessarily NEED a reservoir shock....
I'm in the same boat. Torn between these two lifts. The RK is a bit more pricey, but also more complete I think. I'll be running my stock wheels and tires for a while, and will probly keep the stock rims when I swap tires. I'm gonna watch this thread.
