Default Need help with OBA/winch solution...

I am currently in the market for a winch. I am between the Warn power plant 9500 and the Warn 9.5 ti, but prefer the smaller size and features of the 9.5 Ti. What I want to know is this:

1) are there any OBA systems that can outperform or match the power plant when it comes to airing tires.
2) I plan on getting ARB lockers in the future, so would I be wasting my $$ buying a power plant since I will need an OBA anyway?
3) with money being no issue, What is the best OBA system available?

thank you everyone in advance!

Best OBA is a York compressor. Hands down! I can air up my 35's from 10 psi to 32psi in 1 minute flat. It pumps endless amounts of air as long as you have gas in your gas tank. Will run any air tool you could imagine, and they are 100% rebuildable.

Of course money not being an issue this system is great. But will run you around $1100 for a Kilby's kit or Off Road Only kit. It comes with everything you need and all you have to do is turn some wrenches. If you don't want to drop that kind of coin you can build your own York OBA system for far less, but there is a lot of research involved and parts searching.
