Buy the light and measure it, Than cut the hole. They make all different size hole saws and you could allways use a torch or plasma cutter if you have one.

I reused the factory lights. Bought a 4" hole saw, some screws, 2' section of 4" pvc pipe (cut down for a spacer), and plastic screw covers from a hardware store.

You guys are awesome thank you very much. How did you finish off the edge that you cut with the holesaw ? Did you just touch it up wit paint or rhinolined it ? I see that these bumpers rust real easy and I would hate that after I spent all this money on them the rust will get all the coating peeled off. Also what was the purpose of the pvc spacer ? Do you have any other pics of this awesome job that you did ? I was also considering using rectangular Piaa lights that I still have how would i cut those out ? i also don't have a plasma torch.

I like what you did to the bumper for the lights but what did you do to finish off the area after you cut it ? I was wondering because of the powder coating.
