Are you side nothing is loose or worn. You are all stock as far as steering. From my own personal experience.
Ball joints @ 40k
2 TRE's bad drag link to knuckle 50k
Driver Ujoint at 50k and passenger now at 55k
Also check TB torque and pull bolt and look for worn hole/bushing wear. The stock bolts are 100% threaded and can eat the bushing sleeve, loosen and wallow out the holes.
A steer test like I did here and how Planman shows in his videos will tell a lot http://youtu.be/hb6mrtqw2Ws I did find the 5100's to be a bit harsh.

I can't say if there's anything worn or not - I don't honestly know how to check all the things you listed, but I may have time. This is an '09 with 22K on the clock. Don't have any info when the lift went in.

It's funny you mention the 5100's - I thought maybe I had an older version of these. And to be fair, I've driven this Jeep since August and I've liked the ride. I figured it's not a huge lift with 37's or anything that's better suited for trail use. And it actually rides nice on the highway. Until last week...

Until I knew they were Bilsteins, I thought the previous owner may have cheaped out on the shocks and that could be part of the "problem".
