So hers my problem:
My steering isn't horrible, I get slight bump steer, and no death wobble, but at anything over 40mph or hwy speeds it seems I need to move the steering wheel more than I should to make directional adjustments. And it takes a lot of steering to keep it straight and in the lane. All the tie rod ends are new, and it's aligned
When the jeep is parked and I look at the steering box while having someone turn the wheel I see the frame and steering box twist

My rig :
2008 jku, teraflex long arm pre runner kit, 35 inch tiers, currie heavy duty tie rod and drag link kit, terra 44 axel housing ( it's the bad ass beefy axel housing that you put all your stock guts in I bent the stock axel housing........ yes the housing ..... Driving off a cliff well doing it 10 or 12 times) all other steering components are stock.

My question is how do I tighten up the steering so it's not so much work to steer on the hwy. do I need a drag link flip or a sector shaft brace. Or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
Could just be me, but it seems like based on your post - this is normal. You say it is not horrible and you get slight bump steer. How long have you driven a lifted Jeep? Not to be a smartass, but maybe you are just not used to the feel and manners of a 3" lifted Jeep with 35's? I think the severity of the issue will better help everyone help you figure out whether it is indeed normal or not.

I agree mostly with those that have discussed your steering geometry in relation to the trackbar and drag link being parallel. I would look into the Evo Draglink Flip Kit if your at 3" of lift.

I installed my Evo draglink flip last week and it stopped a bunch of bumpsteer and the steering feels like it should. Minimal effort to change lanes and minimal effort to turn.

You say it keeps a lot of steering to keep it straight. This sounds very much like an issue that I had. My steering wheel was straight but it seemed like i had play in the wheel. It took a little turning before I had any reaction from the wheels. My problem ended up being the ball joint bolt for my drag link on the knuckle side. It wasn't tight which caused my joint to have vertical movement in turn causing loose steering.

I removed the joint, cleaned out the access grease, reinstalled it with the proper torque and my steering is now tight. No more extra steering to get the wheels to react.

Also, are you running a drop pitman? If so, get rid of it, that'll cause issues. I went back to stock pitman with a drag link flip and a synergy rod.

Sounds like same issue I am having
Interstate driving is not bad at all, but rual winding road you have to realy be carful on.
The least little shift in pavement will throw you a little.
I told my wife same thing about getting use to a lifted vehicle, she will not drive it.
I have a 81 Chevrolet pu w/40's yea it walks a little but is a longbed witch makes it handle a little better.
I would like to tighten steering up on UJK if possible
3.5 pro comp adjustable trackbar
35" BFG Mud Terrain
Torked all points helped a little
Alinement done

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I had an issue with "sloppy" steering and then got a deal on the flipped tie rod from the AEV high steer kit, "free", and then bought the brackets and hardware from a local shop, $110! Would recommended it to anyone! Replaced the pitman arm tie rod end and drives 100x better!!!
