Default Need help in stalling winch/custom bumper design

Hey everybody, i am lucky enough to have access to fabrication tools and materials and soon plan on doing a front bumper. At the moment i don't do enough serious wheeling for a winch but wan my bumper to be able to be winch compatible. Here are my questions:

1) how heavy is a stack 13 jk bumper and how heavy can my fabricated one be without causing suspension sag?

2) should my bumper be ready to install a winch mounted to the top of or inside/the front of the bumper? Ive heard if it is on top it can restrict air flow to the radiator on the highway etc.

3) id like to replace my stock 13 jk fog lamps with brighter aftermarket lamps. Any brand/ type of light suggestions? Thanks!

1- I removed the stock bumper last weekend and i can say the exact weight but it's around 40-50lbs I'd say.
2- the new bumper I installed has the winch sitting inside of it between the frame rails. I think this looks much better and yea it does allow air into the grill much better than a winch on top of the bumper.
3- I ditched the stock fog lights and purchased JW Speaker fog lights. they are a direct fit into the stock bumper and the new bumper I installed and I think they look great/light a pretty decent area when there on just by themselves. definitely much better than stock by far

The bumper I installed is probably 10-15 pounds heavier than stock. I'd say the front sagged a little bit but not much. and that's without the winch. once the winch is in it'll need about a 3/4" spacer in the front to level it out I'd say

Stock bumper only about 30 lbs. 70-80 lbs is probably where you may notice a little sagging, but a spacer will correct it.

Pic looks squashed but its basically a 2x5 rectangular tube and a winch plate bolted to the rails.
