Need new shocks ASAP -- Rancho RS9000XL or Bilstein 5100
Im not sure what his quotes are based on, you'll have to ask him for a quote if you really want to know. I dont think its my business to be comparing his quotes. All I know is his quote, communication and delivery is the best I have ever come across. Take this reply however you want.
Harummmph!!

Wise words my man. That is a good price!
I wish I could beat or even match $327 delivered. We are much smaller than some of the 'big' dealers out there, but I will do my best to hook you guys up with our best price possible.
As a small business owner, my goal is to make up that value in other areas such as great customer service and fast shipping. Feel free to contact me any time with questions

Within the past few weeks, I just picked up a complete set of 4 RS900XL's from 4 Wheel Parts for $370.59 taxes in CDN. 4 Wheel Parts now have (i think) 4 CDN stores. It's a hell of a deal vs. the typical nearly $150/shock.
To add to the thread, everyone will have their opinion based on their experience...As I tow a few Seadoos around, the ability to adjust the stiffness and softness of the RS9000xl's was its best selling point to me. So far, I love them and they make a HUGE difference over Stock. I can't speak for the Billsteins but I've heard they run a little stiff for daily driver usage.
