I just put them on this past week. So far, 4 for Fronts, 5 for Rears. I'm sure I'll be playing with them over the next few weeks to find my "sweet spot". So far, my current setting suits me fine. Regardless, It takes a whole 15 seconds per shock to adjust so play with it and find out what YOU like. Depending on your rig, you may have extra weight here or there so thats the benefit of adjustability. When (or should I say IF with the weather lately) Water season comes, I'll stiffen up the ass-end with likely an 8 setting so my ass doesn't lag on the ground while towing.

Again, so far...great riding even on these winter-destroyed roads!

I say I should buy these to replace my 5100's every time these shocks go on sale. I really need to try these since they have like a 90 day trial period. I got a decent quote from Offroad Elements and would rather buy from a small business than 4WP or 4WD. Both of those companies don't have the best customer service.

Except for not getting the rebate.
When I submitted mine last year it came back as I didn't qualify with no explanation even though I meticulously went over every single detail of the rebate and the shocks and lift kit (was an entire rancho kit).
When I tried calling in to argue about it i got disconnected a couple times and had someone else tell me they cant change it.
Oh well I guess.

X2 on the customer service! I've dealt with off road elements a few times now and they have been awesome!

And honesty .. A+ for that.

To add to the thread, everyone will have their opinion based on their experience...As I tow a few Seadoos around, the ability to adjust the stiffness and softness of the RS9000xl's was its best selling point to me. So far, I love them and they make a HUGE difference over Stock. I can't speak for the Billsteins but I've heard they run a little stiff for daily driver usage.
That's a great deal for us Canadiens. I called a local 4x4 shop (big name company, especially in the US) and they quoted me $578. That call ended quickly

Any suggestions on what coils compliment the 9000XLs well? Looking to soften the ride on my DD. 2.5-3in range. Thanks!

I'm thinking I am going to go with Rock Krawler triple rate springs.
