It depends...

-Which gears did you start with? (3.21's and 35's will give a bigger mileage drop than 4.10's and 35's)

-How heavy are the new tires/rims. (certain tire/rim combos can have a significant weight difference. Toyo's, in particular, are known to be on the heavy side)

-How do you drive? (stepping on the gas with the newfound power of a re-gear will negate some of the mileage savings, just like stepping on the gas to get the pre-regeared JK moving did)

-Check the RPM chart in the drivetrain faq's. See for yourself what rpm's you'll be running at. And notice the very small rpm difference between 4.88's and 5.13's...

With your comment that you may go to 35's in the future...save yourself the time and money, go with 5.13
