Default Need a solution

I had the smittybilt xrc steel flares on the jeep without the liners because didn't really like how the trimmed wheel liners looked.. So I purchased the rugged ridge wheel liner kit.. They look great but the nut and bolt configuration is impossible. In theory the liners would be sandwiched between the flare and body, but there is really no way to hold the nut on the back reaching around the liner. I tried jb welding the nut and bolt on and drilling the bolt in place. In theory this sounded great. Wish I could weld!!, but I can't. Was thinking I could get a short sheet metal screw that would not require a nut on the back.. I need some suggestions. Would the sheet metal screws work? Jeremy
