Im going to be fabbing up an aluminium stubby bumper soon and need some pics or solid suggestions. The center section will be made from .5" 5052 that will be formed and welded at the outside seams. I will also be adding d-ring mounts, factory fog light holes, a bolt on stainless steel grill guard bar, and finish it up with a winch mount. Then very light sandblasting and either powdercoating of line-x. What Im really needing from you guys is different pics of the inside of your bumpers so i can get a good idea of what the winch plate needs to consist of. Also, your factory fog light mounts on the inside of the bumper would be nice. Ill also be a considering a rear bumper with ss tire carrier if this works well. I run a laser at work and we have a ton of cnc equipment so these kinds of things are pretty easy to make happen. next up.... custom rock rings for my wheels when i get them.
