Track bar jam nut rubbing on spring
I can see why some of you guys have someone else install your lifts. I am about to go crazy. I have had one damn problem after another with installing this lift.( it is not the lifts fault) I am installing tera 3 inch with full flex arms. I thought I had everything good to go. Currently installing the rear track bar and the jam nut is rubbing on the spring. What the hell is going on. From my guess it appears that my rear lower control arms are set too long? What are the lengths of the arms supposed to be, T flex says one thing, people on here say another
This is going to sound dumb, but is your trackbar oriented in the right direction. It only goes one way. On the rear (I am using the JKS trackbar) the jam nut should be up at the frame end, not at the axle end.
Adjust pinion angle so there is no bow in rear coil or get andjustible spring mounts from jks, you can also cut off and weld your old ones back on so the spring sit at 90 degrees on top off axel.

Make sure your spring is correctly seated on both ends, and turned the correct way. Mine was off 180 degrees and eventually started rubbing the trackbar.
Re-seated it and haven't had a problem since.
in the ft writeup they said to set them 1/8" longer, i ended up at about 1/4" longer.

If you look through the installation writeups there are many photos and descriptions of installation of the rear springs. They should be "properlly seated in their perches" with the factory isolator on top, and "make sure that the rubber isolator is seated properly in the upper spring perch.", both quotes from WOL.
Too long lower rear control arms (uppers adjusted for pinion) will also cause/contribute to this issue.
If, after all this their is still contact, try rotating the spring 180 (or 90, or whatever) degrees and see if that fixes it, as well as making sure the trackbar is properly adjusted.

IMO, it'd be pretty hard to incorrectly seat the rear springs. There is no notch on the bottom perch as in the front. I just mounted each one the same. 6in of lift in the rear with a JKS adj track bar, no rub.

Spring was seated right, the lower control arms are too long from my measurement. This lift has been extremely frustrating, I think in the future I will look back and realize I learned a lot by f'ing things up the first time.
