Default Need Some Help......

Hey everyone. I've spent countless hours searching info about wheels and tires. So much that I'm spinning and not sure what to do. I have a few questions here that I hope I can get answered even though this topic has been covered countless times. Our family just added a Jeep Unlimited Sport to the family. Completely stock. I struggled but finally broke down and traded in my 1998 2 door jeep with 100,000 miles. I hope I like the new 4 door.

I'm on a pretty tight budget but need to add some tires and wheels.

I was looking at 33x12.50r15 duratrac tires on Pro Comp Alloy wheels series 7031 15x8....with 3.75 backspacing.

1. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I think this will work because of the 3.75 backspacing.

2. Will there be any rubbing? There should be no flexing going on as most of the driving will be on the pavement. Even so I plan on putting a terraflex leveling kit on.

3. Will there be a lot of road noise?

4. Will I loose power and or any MPG?

Do you feel this is a good setup or would you recommend something else?

Thanks everyone I greatly appreciate your advice. Sorry for all the questions.

Jason

Good to go. You'll stick out pass the fenders a bit but shouldn't rub fenders or arms. Possible but doubt minor contact on plastic air-dam. (Trim plastic if you do) You may lose 1mpg. The longer wheelbase does wonders for ride comfort. Noise is subjective.
