Default Need some quick trqck bar help!!!

Hope this vid works:
http://magis.to/fycqWQRTGEIsP3kGDmEwCX17?l=vsm&o=i&c=c

Made this vid with a free iPad app so not sure if it'll work. Been having a hard time tracking down by wandering issue. I have quite a bid of movement and axle shift when dry steering in my garage. The axle side bushing rally squishes a lot and moves as you can see in the end of the vid. Is this more than usual??? With both ends moving as much as they are, is this my problem?

Thanks!!!

Couldn't hurt to replace the bushings. That does seem like a bit of play in those.

Have you looked at/determined what your caster is? This could also cause a flighty or wandering problem when driving down the road.

Just a thought

After I installed my lift about a year ago, I took it in to my local shop and they confirmed it was around 4.5*. I haven't messed with it so it should be the same. It so only recently started driving like this - the only thing I changed was the northridge bolt kit.

I'd contact the manufacturer of your track bar and show them your video.

It seems a little excessive to me but I run a Rock Krawler TB that has a Heim type joint on one end and has a massive bushing (flex joint) on the other....it doesn't flex like that one.

Thats too much flex for sure. I prefer to stick with stock. Use a relocation bracket at the axle and it will function great.

I'll contact manufacture on Monday. I was gonna keep stock but it wouldn't work with the sector brace.

Check torque specs on track bar bolts. I believe it's 65 lbs. that will happen is there not tight enough.
