Default Need Spring Advice Please

I have a 4 dr Sahara with towing package. I am trying to get just about an 1" to 1-1/2" of extra height using some new springs. I have seen on the forum that some get springs off of dodge trucks or some other type of vehicle to give them an increase in height.

I am wanting some Heavy Duty Springs ( I usually carry a lot of weight in my JK) that will give me an 1" - 1 -1/2" of additional lift.

Anyone done this or have any advice for me?

specific lift height off of a spring is really hard to determine. most springs offer way more lift than is advertised and i might recommend using a set of coil spacers instead as it will give you an accurate measurement. if you're just wanting to help hold up your rear end after loading up with gear, you might want to consider installing some air bags like this...

Thanks WOL.....I will have to look into those air bags

I am currently running the TF 2.5 BB....plan on leaving that in as I REALLY like the way my jeep rides....but with the Bushwacker flats... I think I need another inch or so of lift to make it "look right"...
