I had Nitto's(33's) on my 2008 Chevy 2500 Duramax
I spoke with a tire rep today, he told me a couple things that I thought were interesting. 1. That Toyo is the manufacture of Nitto tires? Anyone else heard this? 2. That Obama(sorry ass mofo) put a 20% import tax on Japanese made tires imported into the US. That is why Toyo & Nitto tires are on indefinite back order. Anyone else heard this?
I am strongly thinking about going to 17" rims and going with 38" or 40" MT/R's w/Kevlar? Any opinions on this tire?
