Default New bumper bolt issues

Bought a new upper for m 2011 JKU. 1 of the bolt holes was jacked. It was am M12x1.85. Since I’m putting a 10k winch on this and actually do wheel my junk, what is the best size to drill and tap this?

Next size up and use grade 8 bolts and nuts. If you can locate some Bowmalloy (made by Bowman Products) bolts and nuts they have a stronger shear value.
