I got the muffler on Evilbay for right at 60 and my buddy did all the work on the pipe for 130. It's not stainless pipe, but aluminized steel. It will still outlast the Jeep. I don't think there's anybody that makes a cat back system for what I have in it.

I got the same muffler for 62.50, make an offer saved me a few bucks. It isn't installed yet.

My question is have you had any issues with the EVAP can? I plan to move it but I'm hoping I can get this installed before I move the can?

I have a two door but from the pic it looks like yours is right by the EVAP just like mine will be.

If you're concerned go to your local hardware store and buy a can of black grill paint as it acts as a heat barrier coat. Some of them are good up to 700 degrees which should be more than good enough to keep your evap can happy.

i did have an issue with mine. my exhaust burned a hole in the side, temps were VERY hot... i ceramic coated it (the exhaust), and now have no issues.

Any performance issues? I'm not going to pull mine off but I'm curious anyway.

No issues whatsoever with the evap canister.....although I am going to make a heat shield just for piece of mind. I've put like 2500 miles on it since the exhaust and no problems. I think if one was gonna show up, it would have by now. It's not as close as it appears in the pics. Remember, this is only a 4" body muffler. There's room for the 6", but that might be a problem for the evap canister.
