It does sound good. I was getting ready to go with the MBRP, but now I have to reconsider.

Regarding the power gain, are you running the Flashpaq or any other tuner?

Hay, that sounds good. Just like mine. lol It will quieten down just a touch as time goes by. I reckon the muffler guts get coated with carbon and it helps to dampen the sound even more. I thought mine was a tad loud at first, but over time it has become just right.

Glad you found somethin you like. Yours sounds the same, it's just a little quieter. Nuthin wrong with all that. Did you notice a power increase?

That's not quite how to do it. You're leaving off a pretty important step that will probably help. You need to average several tankfuls together. The more tankfuls you average, the more accurate you'll come.

I think Gibson makes the closest thing other than custom. The concensus from those who've tried it is that it actually sees power losses. We sure don't need all that. Some vehicles just don't like duals.
