Default New Quadratec Winches?

Normally I stick to just the name brands, but when a company with the background like quadratec offers a product like this I get curious! Not because of the price but because I think they might actually offer a quality product!

Any reviews, or hear anything good or bad about this?

Again just my curiousity coming out again... And since I'm still in the market for a winch and my options have been narrowed down to Warn or Superwinch I figured I'd ask around!

Thanks fellas!

Anyone know if these are introductory prices? Or, are these going to be the price for an extended period of time?

I'm heavily debating a progressive reloader vs. a winch for my winch-ready bumper.

I shoot almost every weekend; I wheel ~6/year (never alone). I'm thinking I need to return the empty brass to something usable to save some of that money.

I'm leaning reloader... Thoughts?

So is this just a re-brand?

I'm a reloaded myself!

The first upgrade I made to my jk was a winch/bumper... I thought it was a necessity! Well, I've had it installed for 6 months now and wheeled it well over 15 times and never once needed it. All that my winch has done for me is rob my gas mileage!!!! I know that a winch is a life saver when you need it and wasted space/weight when you don't.... And that's what leads me to my first point: when you need a winch, you NEED that winch to work and that's why you shouldn't go with a cheap brand that will usually break before the other quality brands. I think you answered your question yourself... 6 times a year as compared to 50+ times a year... I'd get what you would use more and that's a progressive reloader (btw I'd get a dillon).

I have no experience with this quadratec winch, but I can vouch for their customer support, you won't be left high and dry! Unfortunately, if your stuck in the middle of no where with a dead winch, even the best customer support won't be able to help!

Yes even some other "name brand" companies and I won't mention "who" have their winches made in china... So with that said and the fact that they are Preselling their winches they are waiting on their container to arrive from overseas...

So I'll be watching for youtube videos of trials of this winch...

But I think the main point here is quality parts, and good customer service! If they have the two combined then sure why not right?

Generally speaking, the stuff coming out of china is getting better, moreso this past 12 months.
