Buy the tires! Never, never, never skimp on tires or stretch them too far!

I wish I had back in 2000, when I lost the rear (a Michelin, good tread, 4 y/o) on the Ducati at about 85mph in a sweeper! I had just put the new tires on the Beemer, they were younger but had more wear.
It took four broken bones in my shoulder, but I leaned my lesson well.

LOL, sorry... I only had a compass on me to measure with and it was in centimeters.
