Default newb question!

I really wish I would have gone with a higher lift.. No way in hell my wife will let me buy a new suspension kit! Besides a body lift, is there anything I can do thats not to pricey, or will ruin the ride quality to get a lil higher? looking to gain about 2" (no viagra or xtend comment please... lol)

You could get a 2.5" BB.

1 inch spacers and 1 inch body lift, or just get some new bigger coils.

The RC 3.5 has zero adjustability. If you add coil spacers, you have no way of re-centering the axles or changing the caster for the new lift height. Depending on the size of the spacers, you will want to consider what to do with your brake lines and links, and it makes it that much more likely that you will lose driveshafts. And since you do not have adj arms, how will you set the pinion on the new shafts?

The moral of the story is : a body lift will be your 'best bang for the buck'.

a set if 2.5" up front 1.5" rear coil spacers. about $150 and your set. Get the other stuff later.

You've already got 3.5" of lift so you could go 2" front and rear spacers as well. You will have driveline problems if you add spacers and haven't changed your drivelines out yet.

how ever bigger you want to go, add spacers in that size. if theres no rake, use the same size front and rear. you may also need longer sway bar links front and rear, longer shocks, longer brake lines.. but that depends on how much bigger you go.

If you stack a 2 inch spacers on that there wont be a cheap way of doing it IMO. You will need new driveshafts, adj. tracbars, brakelines, control arms, bumpstops, breather hose extensions. Just to name some, and if you spend that much money I would just get all new coils or JKS ACOS system.

If your only trying for tire clearance why not do a fender chop? Otherwise I'd say do a coil spacer and no more than a 1" body lift but thats my personal dislike of body lifts in general.

This shot is stock suspension with bushwackers 16" rims and 33" tires.

Love the flat fenders but for the OP it would cheaper to just get new springs.

Chopping his flares is more expensive than : new 5+" coils + Adj Control arms + Adj trackbars + Driveshafts + brake lines + longer links + ... ?

A lot of you guys are missing the point of his original post.

No way in hell my wife will let me buy a new suspension kit!
anything I can do thats not to pricey
The price constraints rule out pretty much anything but a body lift and/or a fender chop. Another 2" to the suspension runs into either too many additional components, or a wife that refuses to drive or ride in the jeep.
