Default Newbie backspacing question..........

Most wheels I've been looking at have been 4.5" to 4.7" of backspacing. I'm kinda torn between the AEV bridger and Cragar black street locks. The Cragars are cheaper but they only offer this in 5" of backspacing for a 16x8. I'm planning on running a 33x12.5R16 with a 2.5" BB and I'm wondering if I'm going to have any rubbing issues at full flex. I'd be gaining 1.25" over factory wheels, so I'm thinking I should be ok, but wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Apologize in advance for the stupid ? but I don't want to mount a set of wheels and tires, have it rub and not be able to return the wheel.
