Default Oh No! The mods begin

I bought my JK as a business vehicle and regular transportation but thanks to you guys the bug has hit. I am no longer happy with the stock look so the following mods are on the way. Black Mr Grille billet grille, B&M transmission cooler, TF 2.5 BB, GP Grille Guard, sill plate protectors, bug deflector and vent shades. Stock Sahara 18" tires and wheels will stay on till the rubber is worn out then I'll switch to 16" soft 8s and 285/70R-16.That should be it for awhile.

I would like a locking gas cap but haven't found a lockable cover assembly yet.

if you want a lockable one that will lock with your key (as opposed to a new key that the $20 one comes with), you can get one on ebay for $60 from airpark jeep (ebay name is airparkcjd or something like that). its the cheapest one ive found, and it works great!

I have a new telephoto on hold. I need a better telephoto so bad. But the JK keeps begging for more parts. Let's remember why I got the JK: To get me to places to start hikes that would get me to better wilderness places for my photography addiction. I'm so torn!

OBTW: I used to say that the tires/wheels would wait until the rubber wore out. I was weak and gave in just about the same time I realized how much better the JK looks with real tires, not to even mention the off-road performance improvement. That right there would have bought that Canon L-series IS lens I want.

It may not be too late to turn away and go back! These damn Jeeps have cost me more than every spare dollar, I've lost friends, family, sleep and 2 wives!

J/K...still happily married for now with the first
