You'll here a lot of different opinions on tire sizes. I am running 37's but did quite a bunch to prepare for them. Front axle is sleeved/trussed/gusseted/ HD ball joints/ chromoly shafts/ HD upper and lower trackbar bracket/ sector shaft brace.
I know alot of guys are running 37's that havent done any of this but I like to call it preventative mainentance. I have a friend that just broke his steering gear box running 37's because of no sector shaft brace. Others will chime in of course.
Find an aftermarket rim that you like with the right backspacing rather than having to run wheel spacers with stock Rubicon wheels. They are hard on wheel studs.
Lifts are tough because it all depends how crazy and how pricey you want to get. At a minimum I'd recommend a suspension lift because you'll be able to build off of it rather than throwing it away when it's time to upgrade.
Hope this will at least get you started. You'll get a lot of great and not so great advice.
Well your asking alot of different questions, so we'll need to break it down.

I kinda like the Blackrock and Procomp wheels for a clean but durable wheel.
For DD many go 35" with a 2.5" lift as it gets more complex to go 4"+ for 37" tires.

Welcome I would also say start with a 2-3 inch lift and 35s. I would go with mb 72s or some other rims instead of rubi take offs IMO. When it comes to the lift just like anything, if it cost more there is prob a reason. I would look at the aev duel sport.
so if i went with 35s would i need to change the gearing or anything like that or is it just put the lift on and drive? also what is a good backspacing and rim size ?and i was looking at a BDS lift kits is that a good brand ? thanks again guys i justwant to make sure i do it right
You never "need" regear. You might want to some time to regain some pep but its not bad for your jeep or anything like people said to me. I would install the lift and wheels at the same time with 3.5 ish backspacing then save for tires and superchip ,then if you fell you need it gears.
