And I have no experience with BDS at all but I know aev is top notch. A more affordable way to go is rancho that's what I did and I love it! Rides great better then stock and love the classic white with red shock boot look.

For 37s you still need to beef up your axles, gussets ,sleeves, axle shafts exc. But gears do not make your axle stronger ... if anything it could make a week spot in your drive line if your go crazy low.

If its a mall crawler you could prob. get away with just gussets but that is bear minimal on top of finding the lightest tire you can.

The bigger you go, the more you will have to spend to get a dependable rig. With 35s you will spend about $1500~$2500+ depending on what you do. 37s due to all the things that have to be replaced will cost some coin $2500~$4000+ . More money spent will be a more dependable build. You got to ask yourself, where will I wheel? Am I doing this to get to where I want to go, or is this all for show? Do your research first and be honest on what you want in the end. My suggestion before you spend and it won't cost a dime. Don't do anything to the jeep until you wheel it a few times. You will see how capable stock is, know how to pick lines. And the first money spent should be recovery gear like tow straps, d-rings, gloves, air compressor.
