How many miles are you guys typically getting out of a set?

All depends on how you take care of them honestly. I rotated/balanced every 3k and got at least 35k out of both my sets. I've heard of guys getting a lot less and also more.

It was the gears and the axle shafts not the axle housing.

I just stumbled upon this and wanted to add that I have the Nitto Mud Grapplers on my "Mall Crawler" never seen a dirt road but ive got over 50k on mine and look forward to driving them another 20-30k they still have the side nubs on them lol
I have had them rotated every other oil change. ive owned the vehicle since new 2010 had 18 miles on the jeep changed the rims and tires around 8k and now the vehicle has 58k. almost all hwy miles with the few miles here and there around the neighborhood.
I do plan on off roading it in the future but for now its used to drive the kids around so I cant afford to brake anything lol
