You should try 35-36 psi.

But even if you run your tires at 42psi, there should not be any vibration....
Just a rough ride, meaning you will feel every bump in the road, due to little flex in the tire.

i think thats way too much. i run mine, albeit 37s at 30 for longer trips, keep them from 26-28 for around town. i do have an aev procal to turn the tpms off.

my nittos are a load range d. and they flex plenty, especially the more they are aired down.

this is a good start. this will also allow you to see if the tpms will go off as you drop the pressure.

might want to pull all the wheels and tires off and check to see if the tire shop left on the brake rotor assembly clips. As the Jeep rolls down the assembly line there are clips attached to hold the brake rotors on. they are put on the lug bolts, usually 2 or 3 a rotor. The factory wheel has a relief in the back of it that goes around these clips so it isnt an issue. most aftermarket wheels do not, so they do not mount flush to the rotor and create the vibration that you are talking about.

this is from a mustang - but its the same deal

You have 37's. One of the benefits of the Nittos over Toyos in that size is Nittos come in load range D from what I understand. I have no clue what load range 33's have for the Nittos but I know the 35's are E and are super heavy and do not flex as well as a D load.

Default Response to trail grapplers with fuel mavericks

Well at least it looks good.

I am looking into doing the same to mine! Yours looks great and I have searched ALL over the forum for someone with the same idea! What size lift, tires, and wheels do you have?

I thought about either the Terra Grapplers or Trail Grapplers with 33's and a 2.5" Teraflex BB- any thoughts on look and ride anyone?? (It is my everyday driver)

I sure am happy I looked at this thread today. Talk about make me rest easier after I just bought 5 rims and 5 trail grapplers. Happy to see that everyone that has them loves them.
