Default Odd feeling in front end after axle swap

OK I will try to explain the best I can and hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Just had my dana 30 swapped out for a rubicon 44 no issues at first but after placing it in 4wd and returning to 2wd it felt as though it was partialy engaged. Rough vibration coming from the front end. While pulling forward and back trying to see any binding it just went away. Now there is a light rotational rubbing sound coming from the front end but I cant see any rub marks anywhere. It actually sounds like the front brakes are rubbing a bit but the feel/sound does not change in anyway when I apply the brakes...

Right now I have teraflex 2.5 coil lift with 1/2 spacers, stock control arms and drive shafts on a 4 door automatic so I know the DS will need to be addressed soon but nothing that I have read about DS problems sounds like what I am experiencing

I have been searching for the last 3 hours with no luck. Can someone direct me to a thread or search topic if this has been discussed before?

That does not look or sound right to me. It looks like the pinion bearing has gone bad. For the noise, have you removed the front drive shaft yet and see if it continues or goes away? If it stays it's in the diff.
