Default Off-road evolution rock sliders

I just received my rock sliders from EVO and noticed they have bolt holes to be bolted in to the frame. When I ordered them I was under the impression they needed to be welded on. So I am looking for any in put from anyone

I have the same sliders and wanted to know what the he's were for too. I called evo and they told me that they use the same flange on the Toyota Tacoma and they bolt on the Toyota. They just use the same flange for the jk to lower production cost. Hope this helps!
