Offset Balljoints?
Your camber specs are not that bad. Mine straight from the factory was 0.9/0.8. I am sure someone will dispute this with me, but I have hunch that many of these axles are coming from the factory like this. The guy that has worked with me in adjusting my castor stated that I could get some adjustable ball joints if I wanted, but it was not necessary. He stated to look at my tire wear, and if you notice anything crazy consider putting them in.
Yes my tire wear was the reason I got it done.
Would JUST bad ball joints get the alignment that out of whack?
So that all I would need to do is just replace stock?
Or are they bad enough that I should get the offset Balljoints?

Mine are worn to 0.015" vertical play. The limit is 0.050". My right camber is at -0.7°, just a tad outside the limit. Caused by slightly worn ball joints?

Some people's joints have been worn enough to throw the alignment out.
Anyway, see what you have for wear, and make a decision from there.
It would be good to know how much play your current ball joints have before you spend the money on the offsets..

X2. 09' ceck complete jeep every time I go out on a rack, no play. Toe causes much more tire wear then camber. Cars go around fine with -2.0 degrees camber... I can live with one, my tire wear is even

my camber is similar to yours. but it has pretty much been that way since it was new. my ball joints were ok. if you hammer the thing off road a lot just save the money on the offsets and wait until it is really bent then buy a new dynatrac. that's what i'm gonna do
