I wouldn't drive it until you swapped fluids in the tranny. It should only take 20min with the proper tools.

I would refill all fluids, clean it up, THEN take it to the dealer. If you bring it in with the trans full of water they will drop your warantee. Don't give them any extra ammo. If you go in and your jeep looks all F@#ked up they wil nail you. Same thing happened to my brother with his 04 rubicon. They pulled they plug and it looked like milk came out of it. If it is clean, nothing they can say. Oh, and DON'T tell them you sunk it in water!

Not 100% sure, but since you've been driving it like that for awhile already, I don't think it'll get TOO much worse if you wait a couple more days... but obviously the sooner you fix it, the better. Having said that, you'd do well to baby the tranny and avoid any unnecessary hard shifts (and probably goes without saying, but don't DARE tow anything).
