One more for OME HD springs and Nitro shocks.
Love mine, installed the kit 2 years ago and ride is still just as good as it was new.

Yes it is a firm ride. If you plan to run 35" or taller tires I highly reccomend the OME bump stops. Very well built and keep the tires on my Jeep from rubbing at full stuff.

I have the teraflex 9550 2.5" lift... I dont know if thats what you're looking at but heres my oppinion of them. A lot of jeep owners dont take their rigs off-road, manufacturers know this and compromise off-road performance for comfort... I get this. I take my jeep into the mountains at least 3 times a week. I need a stiff off-road shock and springs. These are too washy, I find myself bottoming out on rollers at ten mph, and on washboards i tend to terra-plane at lower speeds with this kit because the wheels are bouncing furiously. My jeep rides like a caddy, and around town I love it, but on the trail/ on the highway its a nightmare. I find my self wincing every time I go over a bump or around a bend in 50mph zone. But as I've mentioned in this post I ride with a lot of weight in the car. Plus 2.5" isnt that much lift so I dont have much room to play with.

Why do the bump stops prevent wheel rub?

[QUOTE=roadking54;1741178]I have the OME HD LT kit and it rides as good or better then stock for me. I also have some significant weight in the back however with my Expo One Rear bumper and tire carrier and 35" spare. I think once I get a new front bumper, it will ride even better.

I'm assuming that the additional weight of bumpers, armor, and gear, really makes the HD coils ride their best. The lift height is a perfect ratio for 35's in my opinion.

So far I couldn't be happier. I can't compare it to other products like Teraflex however, as this is the only lift I've run.

ROAD KING... what is your clearance around the vehicle? center/front diff/rear diff/ sides. If you dont know dont look on my behalf unless your curious too. I plan on running the OME 3" kit with HD springs on 35" ? (havnt figured that out yet). I have the LOD bumper in the front and no rear at the moment... here is a pic of my truck.
