I used about a 12" piece of looped phone cord to fish the bungee cords through the rear without removing the hard top (pair of needle nose pliers helps grab the cords through the two screw-down openings). The two corner rears will be very tight and pull themselves under the plastic on the rollbar - so tight you'll have to cut them should you ever remove it completely (I just bought a few extras) (when you cut them all the cord comes out, leaving nothing behind FYI). You might consider unbolting the hard top and have a second person lift it up along the roll bar while you install the cords.

I received my spiderweb shade and am very disappointed. I ordered it directly from them. They sent me one for a 2 door when I paid for a 4 door top that costs more, my confirmation email said 4 door, the product card that was shipped with it is marked 4 door and the receipt in the box states JK 4 door. I sent them an email and pics of the mistake. I'm still waiting for a response. I have no problem sending back the 2 door top they sent me as I have no use for it but not on my dime as it was not my mistake.

Got my spiderweb on yesterday. Love it, just like I did on my last two jeeps.

Give them a chance to handle it. Mistakes get made. Met these guys at jeep beach last year and they seemed very customer service oriented.

X2. Also, is anyone running a JKini in the rear also?? I don't want to buy a full safari and really don't want to buy the DD and have two different tops.

I just got the SWS shade for my 4 door. It doesn't flap at all. Or not noticeably. The rear seat belts do though, which would overpower any SWS flapping anyway. I have never seen the DD version, but for that much more money, I don't see how it could be any better. I am perfectly happy with mine. The little strip down the side don't mean squat unless u drive perfectly same direction, perfectly straight at the perfect time of day. As I drive mine in the later evening and the sun it's at my left hitting my left arm as I drive, I can't tell if its coming thru the door hole or the 3/4" gap. Well, it's both. Full sun hits my elbow, roll bar blocks block forearm 1" sun hits wrist thru SWS gap (OMG!) and my hand is shaded by SWS. Don't let the haters hate on the "gap" you won't notice. The angle changes just like the curves in the road, its no different than it shining in the door hole or windshield.

I've had a Spider Web Shade Ultra Mesh for three years and have no complaints. It's holding up really well.
