Rock Krawler coil overs?

Are the Rock Krawler Coil overs any good? (link) What is te main difference between coil overs and just springs also. Are they worth the extra money, or should I just stick with spring?

I have stock wheels and 1&1/2 inch Spidertrax spacers and 33" tires. Not 35's but it looks great and rides great in my opinion. Probably move up to 35's when I replace them. Good luck.
