Riddlers are my favorite. And in my opinion are the best bang for the buck

I'm pretty sure the Solid's have been redesigned to account for the Rubi locker issue they originally had. I was going to go with the Solid's for price reasons but was convinced to go with the Riddlers as I heard some issues with the Solid's and leaking due to their more porous material (hence the reason for poweder coating). Whether or not the Solid's actually had any kind of issue, I'd rather not find out after bashing the powerder coating off a cover during a rock crawling adventure. I have enough leaking from my stock covers!

Again, can't confirm the accuracy of the issue I heard about on the Solid covers but it came from a very reputable JKF sponsor that has not guided me wrong yet!

And I love my Riddler covers!!

I went with the Rancho diff cover, front and rear, like the look and on the trail so far so good.

Thanks!
They do a great job when you bang into the inevitable rock.

They retail around $100.00

I have the new Solids and they do now fit the Rubicon without grinding. They changed the design a while back. This is my second set of Solids (had a set on my Sahara before I bought the Rubi) and I have never had a problem. As has been stated, you can't beat the price.

I looked at the ARB; but not as easy to fill as the Rancho with it's 'bleed' port, was part of my decision.

Just a question on the Riddler diff covers...How are the bolts protected from getting damaged if you happen to slide across the rocks? Are they inset? I have damaged 2 bolts on my stock diff & are a PITA to remove after they are damaged...

I just ordered the Solid diff covers. Can't beat the price and for the amount of off tossing I'll do, I'm sure they're more than enough.
