I put my riddlers in the sink and scrubbed em with soap and water. Then I ran really hot water over them and set them on a towel to dry. If you get them real hot they will dry perfectly and leave no residue.

Do not paint the inside.

I primed em with a krylon primer then painted em with a krylon hammer finish.

They have held up well for a year.

I did use the brake parts cleaner to clean out the diffs when I pulled the cover to swap on the riddlers. Then an air hose to blow them dry.

The one thing you will want to do is to figure out how much gear oil your diffs are supposed to hold. If you fill to the plug on your new diff covers you will probably way over fill them and they will just barf out the oil making a major mess at some point.

I also used synthetic, might as well and it is superior to dino oil for wear.

Yes, they have them available for the Dana 30, 44 & 60 now. Hopefully mine will be at the house in a little over a week.

Plan on painting them yellow and then painting the spider red. Just got done painting the front tow hooks and my grill mod yellow. Hopefully will be installing them this weekend. Might even do my rear tow hook yellow

Will the amount of Diff fluid change when I install these?

No you should follow the specs in the owners manual there is even a write up here that tells the recommended level. Usually all you had to do was just fill the diff until the fluid started oozing out the diff hole but with the aftermarket ones they tend to hold more so if you follow that method it would be overfilled and like what was mentioned earlier it could get mesy
