What that means is at highway speeds you'll have pretty low rpm and will find your JK often kicking down to a lower gear to make additional power. When you kick down to a lower gear your driveline unlocks the converter which causes some driveline slip to increase rpm and torque. The net result is you spike your rpms by about 50% or more.
This is exactly what drove my nuts with my automatic JK and why I traded it in for a manual... problem solved... lol...
