no pics yet. Just installed last week. I have the 4 door kit. Hard to tell measurements because I already had a 1-3/4" BB that this replaced. But, by my very rough calculations, I ended up with about 3 - 3 1/8" front, and about 2" rear from stock. I do have a winch and winch mount (stock bumpers) on the front, so I would guess it would be more like 3-1/2" front with just bumper, and no winch.
