any one have any good solutions for relocating licence plate on winch bumper.

I have one from Roc Dog fab and it works great:

I cut my plate to make it a little bit smaller. Then wedged it between the fairlead and d ring
bracket on bumper. The bolt of the fairlead holds it on since it is a little bit under the fairlead.
Works and looks great.
